Do you like to organise and host innovative recruitment events and campaigns? Are you a person who thrives in a creative and fast-paced international environment? We’re looking for an Event & Marketing Intern to join our international and friendly Employer Branding team in Zurich. We’re enthusiastic marketeers, hybrid workers, to-the stars-reachers, and we love to connect over coffee, cookies and curries. During your

one-year internship

, you will grow your event and marketing know-how and create engaging event experiences for students and graduates.

How you can make an impact

  • Support graduate marketing and recruitment events, from strategy to execution and tracking ROI
  • Plan, organise and execute internal and external recruiting events such as career fairs, student networking events or workshops, working closely with our talent acquisition and campus teams
  • Help develop impactful marketing campaigns based on business and candidate needs, incorporating the latest trends
  • Advise leaders and employees on effective recruitment events and marketing, sharing best practices and guidelines
  • Contribute to a variety of marketing, communication and HR projects ranging from internal communication, social media and digital marketing to employee experience and recruitment

Who we are looking for

  • Strong interest in event and digital marketing, preferably with prior experiences in event management or a similar field
  • Excellent organisational skills and good stakeholder management
  • Good knowledge about the Swiss university landscape and flexibility during busy periods
  • A love for creativity and brainstorming new, innovative ideas
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to quickly learn, adapt and thrive in a complex, demanding and fast-paced environment 
  • Fluent in English and German, French would be a plus
  • Strong team player mentality with a positive, flexible, can-do attitude and a results-driven and hands-on approach
