Ibex™ Solutions (www.ibex.lonza.com), our recently launched unique biological manufacturing and development concept in Visp, Switzerland, offers a complete product lifecycle of a biopharmaceutical - from preclinical to commercial stages, from drug substance to drug product, all in one location. For Ibex™ Solutions, we are looking for students who would like to do an internship linked to the pharmaceutical industry. Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting technology transfers of biopharmaceutical processes. Focus is on downstream processing (from mammalian cell culture process)
• Technical and scientific support to achieve robust and efficient production processes
• Collaboration with manufacturing
• Supporting deviations management and changes
• Preparation of the required GMP compliant documentation

Qualifications and Skills Required:

• University student (engineering, chemistry, chemical engineering, biotechnology or related field).
• Very good communication skills
• Good IT skills (Microsoft Office and Microsoft Visio)
• Fluent English language skills
• Basic German language skills
