Your role
Do you have an entrepreneurial mindset and are you eager to understand and fulfill our clients’ needs? We are looking for a inclusive, open minded and fun person to join our Service and Functional Change Management Team.
To succeed, the following is key:
- put the client experience at the center of what we do and connect across the organization,
- support Digital Transformation through the re-imagining of how we work, and how we bring our services to UBS’s clients. Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
- develop product strategy in line with market, regulatory and technology trends
- service & product development through monitoring and understanding client, regulatory and market changes
- prioritize and manage book of work with key stakeholders
Graduate Talent Program
Our Graduate Talent Program (GTP) lasts 18 months. You’ll be directly involved in day-to-day operations, working with professionals and gaining first-hand experience of our business.
As well as on-the-job learning, you’ll get training on the financial markets, our products and other core business topics. Rotational assignments are a key part of the program. By taking on other roles in related departments, you’ll gain a wider perspective.
Besides all that, you’ll attend networking events, cross-business classes and social occasions where you’ll get to know us.

Your team
In Operations we are the experts in how the firm operates.
You will be working as part of the service management within Client Lifecycle & Servicing, P&C Operations in Zurich where you will be working with Operations teams all over Switzerland managing services and processes both from a change as well as from a maintenance perspective. The role also requires you to build a strong network across the firm to ensure efficient and effective front to back processes.

Your expertise
You need have completed your bachelor’s or master’s degree.
In particular, you have:
- good communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
- a flexible, open-minded and cooperative personality (you’re a people person)
- sharp analytical and problem solving skills
- a structured work style, confident working autonomously
- excellent German and English (written and oral)
Perhaps you’ve organized a fundraising event or taken part in team sports? Or persevered and passed an exam in a subject you found challenging? Think about how things you’ve achieved match the skills we’re after.
