Position: Fabric Care - Communications Manager (m/f/x)

Location: Geneva

We are looking for a highly motivated person to join our team helping to build and protect the reputation of the portfolio behind some of the world’s biggest and best-loved brands in our Fabric Care category.

Responsibilities: ✅

You would be working as Communications Manager for Fabric Care Europe supporting the markets in the region across iconic brands like Ariel, Lenor, Unstoppables to build the brands’ credibility and relevance, increase brand awareness and drive education on our sustainable innovation both internally and externally.

You will be an integral member of the team that will design and deploy the brand’s communications strategy with responsibilities that will include Content Creation & Campaign Development for various audiences. You will responsible for leveraging new tools and platform in Social Media & Digital environment integrating influencers, stakeholders, content creators, celebrities etc.

In addition, you will have a pivotal role in Issues & Crisis Management and Citizenship (Community Impact, Diversity & inclusion, Environmental Sustainability) communications.

You will collaborate closely with the Brand and Media experts as well as R&D, Regulatory and Corporate Communications experts and the agencies when designing the communication plans.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required (business management/communications related field advantageous but not a must)
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal in English.
  • Ownership, proactive attitude, and sense of urgency to drive business forward.
  • Experience in Communications/Brand PR/Media (in house or at an agency) is preferred but not a must.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Experience in working across Social Media platforms.
  • Experience in storytelling, writing texts, articles, and content creation (scouting stories) for different target groups and platforms (social networks, website, blog).
  • Working under pressure is common in this role so you should feel comfortable with change/flexing to meet the demands of this exciting job.
  • Ability to work in multifunctional teams / in an international environment
  • High bar on pulling content from idea to delivery with excellent project management skills.
