Personal and Executive Assistant - International company
Your Role
The role of EA/PA will be reporting into the Executive Assistant:
Assisting the Executive Assistant in booking meeting rooms, coordinating meetings & travel
Legal administration including property files (coordinate signatures of legal contracts, recording, filing, liaising with partners)
Amex Business Travel Account liaise with tax & treasury team in Barcelona office
Insurance - point of contact and administration of policy renewals, inquiries, submitting claims etc.
Senior Management Team weekly movements coordinator
Meeting room set up / catering support for large meetings
Management of SMT team holiday record
Assist with Line Opening / Sample Sale / Company Meetings / Events / Christmas Party
Organize travel of Senior Management Team members
Potential to support Brand Director
Requirements
- Exciting opportunity to join a leading international company as an EA/PA
- Must be available in a short period of time - Italian a big plus
The successful candidate for the role of EA/PA will have :
- background in a similar role
- between 2 to 10 years of experience
- experience in a corporate office or family office
- Bilingual French and English - Italian is a plus
- Team spirit, resilience and passion are a must
About This Client
Our client is an international company.
Please note that working hours can go up to 7.00 pm in the evening.
Salary 100-120 000 CHF
Our client is looking for a PA/EA to work and report to the Head of EA and support the CEO.
English and French are a must - a third language (Italian) is a big plus.
