Events Assistant - International Organisation
Your Role
Follow up of invitations and key point of contact for all the attendees
Management ofregistrationtools and relateddatabases for eachevent
Responsible for writing minutes of internal coordination meetings
Creation of briefing documents for the staff, relaying all key events information
Administrative tasks (budget follow up, invoicing process, visa letters, etc.)
Support of the Head of Events and the Events Manager with programme and schedule documents.
Requirements
- You will support the Events Manager and Events Director

- Master in Management / Hospitality or relatedfield
- Experience in events field (2-3 years minimum)
- Diplomatic and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead projects and to work effectively within a team, as well as autonomously
- Proactive, dynamic and open minded
- Fluency in English and French, any additional languages would be beneficial
- Experience in the world of the international sporting federation is a plus

The Event Operations Assistant will be an integral part of the event operations team, supporting event managers in the successful delivery of a range of sporting events throughout the year. Tasks will be varied, challenging and time critical, and the successful applicant will need to be an active quick thinker who is able to apply themselves to any task.
