Your Role
Office Management tasks (70%):

Office Management including stationary, office supplies and first point of contact to various suppliers

Being the go-to-person for vendors in regards to building facilities, property management and cleaning

Organisation of internal and external events
-
Responsible for the reception area
-
Contact person for office-related matters for all employees
-
Prepare office desks for new employees with office supplies
Executive Assistant tasks to C-level (30%):
-
Organisation of travel arrangements including visa applications
-
Organisation of internal and external meetings
-
Extensive calendar management
-
Expense reports
Requirements
- International but familiar environment which required start up mentality
-
Hands-on personality with high level of creativity required!

Commercial education
-
Several years working experience in a similar role combining Office Management and Executive Assistance supporting Senior Management

Previous experience in an multicultural and dynamic environment
-
Fluency in English and German
-
Proficiency in MS Office
-
Hands-on attitude and start-up mentality

Great communicator and team-player who is customer and service-oriented
-
Ability to multitask and set up priorities
- Flexible and uncomplicated personality with an organised and structured way of working
