Your role

Are you digital? Would you like a new challenge in an innovative & challenging environment? We’re looking for someone like that to:

  • support and lead projects / subprojects in the area of Client Relationship Management (CRM)
  • analyze and shape complex front-to-back business processes to improve the user experience of end clients, internal client advisors and marketing employees
  • sounding and consolidation of detailed specification of business requirements with various stakeholders in marketing, front-office, legal, compliance, risk and IT in CH, DE and APAC
  • project leadership through all phases from business idea to rollout: writing of business cases and business requirements, communication and training material, organization and execution of testing activities from the user point of view, roll-out planning and execution
  • recognize opportunities to enhance today’s Client- and Advisor Experience across digital touch points and drive concrete implementation projects in the CRM area

Graduate Talent Program
Our Graduate Talent Program (GTP) lasts 18 months. You’ll be directly involved in day-to-day operations, working with professionals and gaining first-hand experience of our business.

As well as on-the-job learning, you’ll get training on the financial markets, our products and other core business topics. Rotational assignments are a key part of the program. By taking on other roles in related departments, you’ll gain a wider perspective.

Besides all that, you’ll attend networking events, cross-business classes and social occasions where you’ll get to know us.

Your team

You’ll be working in the Multichannel & Digitization (MM&D) team in Zurich. We define and drive the execution of the multi-channel strategy and the digital transformation of UBS to become a leading multi-channel bank. The CRM team within MM&D defines, manages, functionally supports and further develops capabilities in the area of CRM like Profiling, Contact Management. This role will become an integral part of our team of highly motived, dynamic and result oriented project manager.

Your expertise

You need have completed your bachelor’s or master’s degree.

In particular, you have:

  • a university degree, preferably in banking/finance or technical area
  • banking business/process understanding, preferably in Wealth Management and Retail Banking
  • experience in project management in banking environment and strong affinity with digitization and advisory solutions
  • strong analytical and conceptual skills
  • very good skills in MS Office (particularly PowerPoint)
  • good communication skills, comfortable interacting with various stakeholders to successfully lead solutioning processes with stakeholder groups
  • engaged and able to prioritize own workload on a daily basis and work under pressure
  • excellent German and English (written and oral)
