Your role

Are you confident to work in a fast moving environment? Are you willing to become part of a team and contribute to success?

We’re looking for someone like that to:

  • Assist the Relationship Manager and Investment Advisors in their daily client business
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders and multi-discipline onboarding teams by applying project management skills
  • Work on growth-related initiatives and projects for all UHNW Northern Europe Int.
  • Collaborate with client advisors in identifying opportunities to grow partnership / cross-selling potential through systematic analyzing existing client portfolios
  • Prepare financial analysis of revenues and sales results, client data, incl. collaboration with Finance

Graduate Talent Program
Our Graduate Talent Program (GTP) lasts 18 months. You’ll be directly involved in day-to-day operations, working with professionals and gaining first-hand experience of our business.

As well as on-the-job learning, you’ll get training on the financial markets, our products and other core business topics. Rotational assignments are a key part of the program. By taking on other roles in related departments, you’ll gain a wider perspective.

Besides all that, you’ll attend networking events, cross-business classes and social occasions where you’ll get to know us.

Your team

You’ll be working in Wealth Management in the Ultra High Net Worth Northern Europe International market in Zürich. We provide holistic and highly customized investment advice and financial solutions to the wealthiest individuals and families domiciled in the UK, Nordics and Benelux. We are a strong partner for our clients for every stage of their journey.

You will gain insights into the day-to-day business of our UHNW Northern Europe International market and into the market’s strategic priorities by working closely with our Client Advisors and Desk Heads.

Your expertise

You need have completed your bachelor’s or master’s degree.

In particular, you have:

  • Good communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
  • Excellent English (written and oral), German, Nordics or Dutch language skills an asset
  • Good command of Microsoft Office applications (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
  • Sharp analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work independently, and to assume responsibility, hands-on mentality
  • Pro-active and focused team player who is able to perform in a dynamic environment

Your Program

The Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) GTP program lasts 18 months. You will be directly involved in day-to-day
operations, working in an international and sophisticated environment with professionals and gaining first-hand
experience on our UHNW business. Rotational assignments within the Chief Investment Office (CIO) as well as within the Investment Platforms and Solutions (IPS) area, are a key part of the program to best prepare you for a potential future career as a client advisor.

To deepen your knowledge of the UHNW specific value proposition, the client coverage model and the product
offering, you will attend educational sessions at the UHNW Academy (depending on availability) and will regularly join UHNW specific meetings.

Off-the-job opportunities for exposure, experience and education complement the program.

All UHNW GTPs are required to pass all three written exams of the Wealth Management Certification
