Your role

to:

  • Support the Business Management and Client Advisors in their daily tasks
  • Make sure that administrative arrangements and client-related processes are completed
  • Keep in contact with internal and external clients
  • Assist the Desk head / Deputy in managerial tasks such as controls, reporting, preparation of meetings and presentations

Your team

You’ll be working in a highly dynamic environment in the Central Transfer Desk (CTD) within Central Client Capabilities, WM Operating Head BCCH. The key objectives of the CTD are to accelerate clients shifts by providing front staff support. Take over clients for a limited period of time to remediate deficiencies, and then shift them to the target market. In addition to the core mandate, the CTD supports on the collaboration and referral framework within Global Wealth Management.

Your expertise

You need have completed at least four semesters of your bachelor’s degree or have obtained your master’s degree within the last 6 months.

In particular, you have:

  • good communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
  • a flexible, open-minded and cooperative personality (you’re a people person)
  • excellent command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • good English and German skills, Spanish and/or French a plus
  • an autonomous, diligent and detail-oriented work style
