Your Role
- Client Services |
- Central point of contact for all potential and existing clients
- Distribution of sales material (factsheets, whitepapers, presentation etc…)
- Answering client questions and/or liaising with Operations and Investment Teams for more information if necessary
- Client-related administration |
- Updating and maintaining CRM tools, marketing material and reporting lists
- Liaising with the client, Due Diligence and Legal department for any and all Distribution Agreement negotiations and/or KYC-related matters
- Event Management |
- Organizing client roundtables, roadshows and participation at external sponsored events
- Oversight of whole process, from liaising with marketing/investment teams for pitch material/invitations, to booking of venues and finally to providing on-site support during the actual event
Requirements
- One of the world’s leading brands in financial services - part of the sales team

Challenging role as of August: Maternity cover for at least 8 months
- First experience in a similar role a big plus
- Relevant academic or work experience in asset/wealth management a strong asset - at least a strong interest in the subject is needed
- Availability to work at least 60%, start ideally in August
- Fluency in English & German - Polish knowledge nice to have, any other language a plus
- Independent and organised working style
- Hands-on personality, willing to learn

For the local office in Zürich we are looking for a motivated and dynamic candidate to support the sales team in servicing their institutional clients for a minimum of 8 months as of August 2019.
