Scintilla AG is responsible for the global development, manufacturing, marketing and coordination of distribution of accessories for power tools for the trades, for industrial applications and for DIY.
Job Description
For our trainee program we are looking for outstanding graduates with a passion for online marketing and eCommerce topics. In 24 months we will lay the foundation for your future @Bosch together. You can expect the following:
- Flexible start date
- Permanent contract
- Individual program planning
- 4 to 6 stations in the areas of online marketing, online data analytics and eCommerce
- A stay abroad is a part of the program
- Intensive involvement in daily business and projects
- Personal mentor, specific training and educational measures
Qualifications
- Master’s degree with above-average grades in business administration with focus on marketing (brand management, online marketing, etc.)
- First work experience in online marketing and eCommerce projects (internship, working student jobs)
- International experience, at least one stay abroad of several months
- High self-motivation, flexibility, entrepreneurial and creative thinking
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Very good knowledge of English (oral and written), good German, other languages are a plus
