Internship in Model Validation (m/f/d)

Do you have a quantitative academic background? Are you interested in risk management? This opportunity of a six months internship within our Internal Model Validation team could be a great chance for you!

Das erwartet dich

• You get to know both, SST life and Solvency II life & non-life internal models of Generali, based on insurance risk management best practices
• You support the execution of independent quantitative tests and qualitative controls on a wide scope of risks (financial and credit risks, life and non-life insurance risks, operational risk, etc.)
• You take part in meetings where we discuss findings and limitations with model developers
• You contribute to the maintenance and development of the internal model validation framework (SST life and Solvency II)
• You participate in technical meetings with Group colleagues from several European countries
• You contribute to the preparation of the reporting
• Your gross salary is 3’300 Swiss Francs per month

Das bringst du mit

• Quantitative academic background
• Good knowledge of statistics
• Knowledge of actuarial science is a strong plus
• Good knowledge of Excel and R
• Very good written and spoken English and German
