Your role

Do you know how to provide support so that things run smoothly? Are you confident to work in a fast-paced environment?

We’re looking for someone like that to:

• support ongoing and ad-hoc requests from central business management, senior management, front staff and functional partners
• support in the conceptual development and execution of projects and strategic initiatives, preparation of reporting to senior management, support in follow-up actions and tracking
• analyze revenues and sales results, client data, incl. collaboration with Finance
• support Ad-hoc project work, and project office incl. follow-ups and tracking

Graduate Talent Program
Our Graduate Talent Program (GTP) lasts 18 months. You’ll be directly involved in day-to-day operations, working with professionals and gaining first-hand experience of our business.

As well as on-the-job learning, you’ll get training on the financial markets, our products and other core business topics. Rotational assignments are a key part of the program. By taking on other roles in related departments, you’ll gain a wider perspective.

Besides all that, you’ll attend networking events, cross-business classes and social occasions where you’ll get to know us.

Your team

You will be working in the central Business Management team of the Wealth Management Central & Eastern Europe, Greece and Israel organization in Zurich. A role in Business Management offers a wide range of tasks and a chance to interact with representatives from the front units such as Market Heads and Business Managers, but also other key stakeholders e.g. from Risk, Finance, Sales, HR and Marketing.

Your expertise

You need have completed your bachelor’s or master’s degree.

In particular, you have:

• extensive experience with Microsoft Office applications (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint is a must), and ability to learn fast when it comes to new IT products
• sharp analytical and problem-solving skills with hands on experience in big data analysis and presentation of analysis outcome using MS Office applications
• an interest in clients and their businesses as well as financial markets and products
• good communication skills, verbal and written in English, German is a plus
• conceptual and organizational skills with ability to work independently, and to assume responsibility with hands-on mentality
• pro-active and excellent interpersonal skills with an interest in working in a fast-paced international environment as part of a team (and this is noticeable even when under pressure)
