Job description

Help our clients successfully manage global challenges

Launch your career as a Consultant/Senior Consultant in our Financial Services Transformation team, where you will advise demanding clients on complex strategic and operational issues. Our team offers a wide range of F2B process optimisation or Target Operating Model (TOM) review, design and transformation services within the areas of internal audit, financial crime prevention and compliance and risk management that help financial services institutions to successfully manage local and global challenges.

In this role, you will support national and international clients on simplifying, digitalising, optimizing, and improving their processes. You can make their operating models more effective or efficient or review and enhance risk frameworks to create superior customer experiences as well as improve financial performance. Be part of a team in which not only numbers are processed, but success is celebrated.

How you can make an impact

  • From day one, you are responsible for client-facing work packages in cross-divisional projects in internal audit as well as other Financial Services Transformation projects. You walk through processes with the client and present your results to both team and client. Curious but respectful, you take the initiative to understand the client’s current situation and their needs
  • Together with the team, advise our clients on optimizing their processes and corresponding controls to mitigate potential risks as well as advising on key management issues
  • Develop a clear, long-term career path with internal and external professional training (such as CIA) offers as well as the time and financial assistance necessary for progressing in your career
  • Be part of an international and interdisciplinary team with plenty of learning on the job opportunities as we service as internal audit co-sources for large financial institutions
  • Due to the Internal Audit services that you will be providing, you will gain access and deep knowledge into the company and their processes and are working with senior stakeholders from day one

Who we are looking for

  • You feel motivated to apply your university degree knowledge in a business, finance, or accounting field to support our Financial Services Transformation team
  • You share our enthusiasm for understanding new processes, corresponding controls in place to mitigate risks on a continuous basis and how these can be improved
  • You have in-depth experience working in internal audit, external audit, consulting, financial services, finTech, asset or wealth management
  • As someone committed to shared goals, you feel comfortable sharing new perspectives to help projects move forward
  • You are business fluent in English. German or any further languages would be a big advantage

Your team

Become part of a diverse, multinational, and highly motivated team at our Zurich office. We will help you grow both personally and professionally: through our trainings, mentoring programmes, and on-the-job learning, but also by connecting with your colleagues across all business lines.
