What you do

  • Support for various airframe mechanical systems in the continued development of improved systems and components technologies
  • Detailed theoretical and hands on trouble shooting and investigation of in-service issues
  • Verification/compliance of certification requirements to FAR/EASA-CS Part 23 regulations
  • Production of Certification Engineering Reports for submission to EASA
  • Technical management of vendor development projects

What you bring

  • University degree in Aeronautical, Mechanical or Mechatronics engineering with a minimum of 5 years experience in aerospace mechanical systems
  • Proven detailed experience in at least one, preferably more mechanical systems, for example: wheels, brakes, tyres, air conditioning, hydraulics, ice and rain protection, power plant integration, flight controls or fuel systems
  • Experience of component life cycle
  • Knowledge of Mechanical Systems control skills are beneficial
  • Data analysis & reporting skills as well as flexibility for multi tasking activities
  • Proven strong vendor management skills
  • Fluency in English, German will be a plus
