Your role

Are you highly motivated People Person who likes analyzing complex situations and presenting them in an easy and understandable way? Are you interested to be a part of Global Wealth Management (GWM) COO S&I transformation? We’re looking for someone like that to:

• learn how global Chief Operating Office (COO) drives the operational environment for GWM from both a run-the-bank and change-the bank perspective
• independently manage business management, HR, administrative and internal communication assignments
• support preparation of key meeting materials and execution of strategic GWM COO and GWM COO S&I initiatives
• gain familiarity of complex backgrounds and support preparation of Senior Management presentations and governance meetings materials
• learn how to facilitate GWM COO and GWM COO S&I central alignment for business management functions

Your team

You’ll be working in the GWM COO S&I Operating Office as part of Business Model Transformation and Chief of Staff team in Global Wealth Management, which is in the center of the GWM COO organization. We drive the change of our business from a strategic and organizational perspective, support the Co-COO Global Wealth Management in operational tasks and activities, and represent COOs for strategic projects and initiatives.

In your role, you will be involved in the execution of key strategic COO priorities. This role will provide the opportunity to grow and to expand your knowledge as well as your network across all areas within Global Wealth Management.

Your expertise

You need have completed at least four semesters of your bachelor’s degree or have obtained your master’s degree within the last 6 months.

In particular, you have:

• at least four semesters at a university, preferably with a focus on business administration, banking and finance, economics or similar
• good communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels in the international environment
• a structured and autonomous work style, an interest in working in a fast-paced environment as part of a team
• good judgment when dealing with sensitive information, diligent with administrative responsibilities
• excellent English (written and oral)
• a good command of Microsoft Office programs
• nice to have: graphic design skills (e.g. After Effects, Premiere Pro, Audition or any other basic sound program)
