Your role

Are you interested in Artificial Intelligence and Virtual Assistants? Do you want to contribute first hand to the training of the bots, shaping of our Natural Language Processing skills and designing next chapter of our roadmap?

We’re looking for someone like that to:

• become part of our “Conversational Banking” team
• help us shape the chatbot and contact automation solutions we implement for our customers and employees
• explore and help us define the product roadmap
• match business needs of customers with the technical capabilities and make it happen

Graduate Talent Program
Our Graduate Talent Program (GTP) lasts 18 months. You’ll be directly involved in day-to-day operations, working with professionals and gaining first-hand experience of our business.

As well as on-the-job learning, you’ll get training on the financial markets, our products and other core business topics. Rotational assignments are a key part of the program. By taking on other roles in related departments, you’ll gain a wider perspective.

Besides all that, you’ll attend networking events, cross-business classes and social occasions where you’ll get to know us.

Your team

You’ll be working in the Analytics & Sales Platform team in Zurich. Our team provides solutions for the analytics for UBS Switzerland and Global Wealth Management, working across many geographies and for multiple client types. We value diverse thinking, fresh look at the problems and creative solutions. We believe that analytics, AI and machine learning is the phenomena, which will re-imagine what banking means and how it is done in the future.

Your expertise

You need have completed your bachelor’s or master’s degree.

In particular, you have:

• a flexible, open-minded and cooperative personality (you’re a people person)
• an interest in new technologies, preferably artificial intelligence, marketing automation, front end development
• an interest in working in a fast-paced international environment as part of a team
• sharp analytical and problem solving skills
• experience with high-level programming language or statistical modeling know-how is of additional value
• fluency in English
