Your role

- support the Wealth Management Capital Markets business to execute and track strategic priorities, whilst helping to maintain the operational framework and governance together with our key stakeholders in EMEA
- be responsible to produce high quality reporting by delivering focused, timely, consistent, and clear input
- drive and develop diverse projects and process improvement initiatives
- support preparation of presentations for Senior Management and partners in the Markets

Your team
You will be part of the IB COO Distribution team, based in Opfikon, Zurich. Our team is positioned to support both our Wealth Management Capital Markets business as well as our Investment Banking division, providing you with a unique opportunity to gain exposure across both divisions as part of our fungible set-up. Our team works very closely with other functions as well as the Markets, and so from day one you’ll be right at the heart of the business, taking part in the day-to-day operations and making a difference as well as gaining the exposure to multiple parts of our organization. You’ll not only learn about our business from top to bottom, but also experience our unique workplace culture providing you with an exciting environment from which to develop!
Your expertise
You need have completed at least four semesters of your bachelor’s degree or have obtained your master’s degree within the last 6 months.
In particular, you have:
- at least 4 semesters completed (Bachelor degree preferred) at a university or university of applied sciences, with economics or business administration background
- mandatory English with excellent written & oral skills, German or Italian would be beneficial
- strong Excel and Power-Point skills
- ability to work accurately, independent and time-restricted
- fast learner and flexible team player
- structured work style, confident working autonomously

Start date: as soon as possible
Duration: 6 months with possibility to extend for a further 6 months. We also offer flexible ways of working, with a hybrid model to suit people’s requirements where relevant.
