Your role

Interested in working in financial services, specifically learning about OTC derivatives and structured products, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?

We’re looking for ambitious students to join our 2025 Global Markets Graduate Talent Program.

You’ll get to:

• structure and develop FX and Precious Metals investment and hedging solutions
• design workflow optimizations to enhance derivatives sales processes
• provide internal and external clients with derivatives pricings and credit simulations

Your team

You’ll be working in our Global Markets FX & Precious Metals Structuring team focusing on Private and Corporate clients segment in Switzerland & EMEA. We have a holistic view on our derivatives business and support everything that’s needed to enhance sales processes and client experience in OTC and securitized derivatives from start to finish.

Your expertise

We’re looking for a candidate who:

• has completed their bachelor’s or master’s degree no longer than 18 months prior to the program start date
• has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
• is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
• is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines

We’re looking for someone who’s curious and wants to thrive in a business that never stops moving. We welcome all majors, but it’s important to have an interest in the financial industry. We want to see what makes you unique and discover what you can bring to our team.

Your program

Our Graduate Talent Program is 18 months long and is designed to help you develop the skills you need to grow your career. To start, the program introduces you to our firm, provides professional and technical training and teaches you core skills and knowledge of global markets. And it continues from there: by learning from your colleagues, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and build your network. You’ll have the opportunity to see beyond your job by participating in one, or more, rotations. If you’re ready to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
