Your role

We’re looking for ambitious students to join our 2025 Global Wealth Management Graduate Talent Program.

You’ll get to:

• have exposure to senior leaders and seasoned experts both in day-to-day business and during educational events

Your team

You’ll be working in our Global Wealth Management team in Zurich. We provide advice-based solutions to deliver products and services designed to address the needs of ultra-high net worth and high-net worth individuals and families. We’ve successfully built the number one wealth management franchise in the world. You’ll work with the best talent in the industry, as we help manage, preserve and grow the wealth of our clients.

Your GTP home base will be with Chief of Staff WM Europe International & the WM EMEA Growth team, and your time will be split between the two teams depending on business needs and your interests. Chief of Staff WM Europe International is responsible for business management activities within these sectors. The WM EMEA Growth team is responsible for business unit wide growth initiatives and growth stakeholder management. Besides various functions within Chief of Staff GWM EMEA, you will also have regular touchpoints with market heads or their business management and development leads.

Your expertise

We’re looking for a candidate who:

• has completed their bachelor’s or master’s degree no longer than 18 months prior to the program start date
• has excellent English skills (written and spoken), with fluency in German, Italian, Spanish or French being a plus
• has excellent analytical and conceptual skills
• thinks out of the box and connects the dots
• can work under pressure and prioritize
• is highly organized and has a well-structured and result-driven way of working
• has strong interpersonal skills and is a team player

Your program

Our Graduate Talent Program is 18 months long and is designed to help you develop the skills you need to grow your career. To start, the program introduces you to our firm, provides professional and technical training and teaches you core skills and knowledge of wealth management. And it continues from there: by learning from your colleagues, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and build your network. You’ll have the opportunity to see beyond your job by participating in one, or several, rotations. If you’re ready to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
