In this position you are supporting the Factory Controller in all aspects of finance and controlling. Beside the strong involvement in the projects controlling, you will be the primary contact for the CSS (Common Shared Services) for all finance related topics (General accounting, asset management, AR, AP). As a Business Controller, you’ll be at the heart of our financial decision-making process, empowering our Team with insights that drive success. How you’ll make an impact

  • Dive into performance data, preparing in-depth analyses to guide our factory controller and leadership team in both operational and strategic decision-making
  • Financial Forecasting: Prepare financial outlooks and forecasts aligned with local and global management requirements to guide our Service activity
  • Budgeting process: Key player to ensure alignment between organizational goals and efficient resource allocation
  • Balance Sheet Management: Collaborate with our Common Shared Service to ensure balance sheet accuracy, reflecting the true financial health of the organization
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Take ownership of key compliance areas, including SOX controls, helping us maintain high standards and minimize risk
  • Month-End Responsibilities: Play an active role in the month-end closing process by preparing specific items, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Drive Efficiency & Cost Savings: Contribute to initiatives focused on cost reduction and efficiency improvements, directly impacting our profitability and operational success

Your background

  • A degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a similar field
  • First professional experience in the areas of Industrial Controlling or Audit
  • Fluent French and English a must, basic German desirable
  • Very Good MS Excel and ERP (ideally SAP) skills
  • Good Accounting knowledge
  • Strong communication skills and constructive interpersonal skills, also across functional boundaries
  • Adaptable Team Player: Comfortable working with diverse teams locally and globally, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
