Your mission

As the Operational Lead for our new Cross Docking Marketplace, your mission is to make operations run like clockwork (something we Swiss take quite seriously, and proudly so). You’ll be at the center of making sure products flow smoothly from partners to customers, while keeping quality, accuracy, and efficiency at the highest standard.

Your role will focus on three key pillars:

1. Animate Partner Performance - Drive partner quality, seasonal relevance, and compliance.

  • Monitor delivery times, warehouse reception, and packaging quality.
  • Solve issues fast and lead regular business reviews with partners.
  • Ensure partners stay compliant with quality and seasonal standards.
  • KPIs: On-Time Delivery (OTD), Cancellation Rate, Return Rate.

2. Perfect Product Pages - Keep product info sharp, accurate, and always customer-ready.

  • Onboard new partners and set up stock and order flows.
  • Create, update, and optimize product data in SAP and related tools.
  • Keep product information accurate, consistent, and always customer-ready.
  • KPIs: Number of Products Live

3. Own the Order Flow - Ensure fast, flawless fulfillment while streamlining processes.

  • Coordinate with logistics to keep cross-docking operations smooth (inbound, outbound, labeling, packaging).
  • Review invoices, validate purchase prices, and align with finance.
  • Work with tech teams to resolve integration issues and improve processes.
  • Spot inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement to scale the model.
  • KPIs: GMV, Gross Operating Profit, Cancellation Rate, On-Time Delivery (OTD).

We’re searching for someone who thrives in e-commerce operations and loves building things from the ground up. Here’s what makes you a great fit:

  • E-commerce pro - You bring experience in operations, order management, or logistics (bonus points for marketplace or cross-docking know-how).
  • Tech-savvy - Comfortable with systems, platforms, and quick to learn new tools.
  • Detail obsessed - You know that small mistakes can cause big problems, and you never let them slip.
  • Problem-solver - Analytical, proactive, and always two steps ahead of the issue.
  • Strong communicator - Clear and effective with partners, warehouses, and internal teams.
  • Organized and agile - Able to juggle priorities in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Startup mindset - Hands-on, adaptable, and excited to shape a project with no fixed boundaries.
  • Customer-focused - Always aiming for an excellent experience.
  • Languages - Fluent in English; French and/or German are a plus. Where will you be working

This role is based in either Spreitenbach or Geneva and offers a dynamic hybrid schedule.

Your week will include one day at our warehouse (currently in Onnens, relocating near Bern next year), one flex day at the Swiss office of your choice and two days of remote work,

To foster strong team collaboration, one day a week (Monday) is dedicated to in-person meetings, requiring travel between our Spreitenbach and Geneva offices.
