Your role

Are you digital? UBS is the leading universal bank in Switzerland and pursues a clear multichannel strategy. During a six month internship in the team Multichannel Strategy Projects you take over responsibility over a project or part of a project in one of our three core tasks:

• Strategy: Identify opportunities in the digitalization of the financial industry and elaboration of proposals for execution
• Execution: Take on end-to-end responsibility for key projects - from the concept to validation with legal and execution with IT partners up to the launch
  -Staff functions: Support the Multichannel Management and Digitalization unit (MM&D) with the creation and validation of presentations for communication with UBS Senior Management

Your team

You’ll be working in the Strategy Team of the MM&D unit, which sits between the front units with client contacts and legal, compliance, risk and IT. The Strategy Team within MM&D completes various tasks from trend analysis to execution of key projects, which are of strategic relevance for UBS.

Your expertise

You need have completed at least four semesters of your bachelor’s degree or have obtained your master’s degree within the last 6 months.

In particular, you have:

• good communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
• a flexible, open-minded and cooperative personality (you’re a people person)
• the ability stay on track, even when dealing with tight deadlines
• a good command of Microsoft Office for analysis and proper presentation of strategic recommendations
• excellent German and English (written and oral)
