Junior Public Affairs (100%)
Your Role
In this position you will be supporting the International Public Affairs team in operations, policy monitoring and analysis, capability building activities and stakeholder engagement. Your responsibilities will include:
- Support development of policy analysis/mapping and key messages on selected key regional topics (e.g. Digital Health in Emerging Markets, pooled procurement).
- Support agenda development and logistics of annual meetings
- Develop webinars/trainings for Public Affairs associates on selected topics
- Prepare key presentations for internal and external audiences
Requirements
- 12-month temporary opportunity to start in February/March

Internationally operating business in the pharmaceutical sector
- Master's Degree in Law, Public Affairs, Policy, (Health) Economics or Business with internship experience OR Bachelor Degree with some work experience
- Fluency in English, and ideally French or Spanish
- 1-2 years of experience in PA-related business; experience in healthcare/pharmaceutical is a plus
- Previous experience in event/project management is a big advantage
