Your role

Are you passionate about making data speak? Do you know how to come with creative ideas to explore data? We’re looking for someone like that who can:

  • monitor key metrics & support the business in addressing the identified issues
  • analyze data sets for trend and root cause analysis & support the business in defining mitigating actions
  • contribute to the design, coordination, and implementation of analytical solutions to support innovation initiatives

Our Graduate Talent Program (GTP) lasts 18 months. You’ll be directly involved in day-to-day operations, working with professionals and gaining first-hand experience of our business.

As well as on-the-job learning, you’ll get training on the financial markets, our products and other core business topics. Rotational assignments are a key part of the program. By taking on other roles in related departments, you’ll gain a wider perspective.

Besides all that, you’ll attend networking events, cross-business classes and social occasions where you’ll get to know us.

Your team

You’ll be working in the Asset Management COO Business Risk Management team in Zurich, Switzerland. We manage and enhance the Front to Back Risk Framework. In this role, you will work closely with the Head of COO MIS, business management teams, Operations and control functions across Asset Management to ensure business and operational risks are assessed, and issues are appropriately reported and are sustainably remediated.

Your expertise

You need to have completed your master’s degree.

In particular, you have:

  • sharp analytical and problem solving skills
  • know-how gained from experience (or internship) in data analytics or data vizualization (e.g. Tableau)
  • experience with high-level programming language (like R, SAS, MatLab, Alteryx)
  • an autonomous, diligent and detail-oriented work style
  • good communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
  • Fluency in English
