Your Role

For senior mangers, you will be in charge of :

  • travel organization

  • expenses reports

  • visa requests

  • meetings/board meetings planning and organization

  • lunch & events planning and organization

  • incoming calls for your team

  • event coordination and organization

  • various administrative duties : correspondences, reports, proofreading

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a simlar role (max 3-5 y) and fluency in ENG (C1/C2)
  • A fast paced environment in an international

  • max 3-5 years of experience in a similar role with senior management and executive level

  • a background in the hospitality industry (4* & 5* hotels) is an advantage also

  • strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills

  • diligence and competence in the work, integrity and team spirit

  • a self-driven person, you are multitasking and meticulous

  • a hard worker feeling at ease to work within a demanding environment

  • proactive and ready to adapt

  • native/bilingual both in French and English

  • a third language would be an advantage
