Your Role

• AP/AR accounting

• Support of the GL where needed

• Travel and business expense tracking

• Booking of accruals

• Ad-hoc project support

• Account reconciliation

Requirements

• Dynamic and challenging role

• Commercial apprenticeship or similar

• 1-2 years of experience in accounting or similar role

• English a must, German or French a plus

• Good skills with Microsoft Office; Word, Excel and Outlook

• Experience with Oracle, SAP or similar ERP as a plus

• Open minded, accurate to details, pro-active and interested in development

Our client is a globally renown manufacturing company in Zug. For their local finance operations we are looking for a motivated and dynamic Junior Accountant to support the finance functions.

In this role you are responsible for providing financial, administrative and clerical support in the office. You assure to maintain a smooth workflow throughout various tasks related to finance like accounts payable and receivable, billing, expense tracking as well as support in administrative tasks.
