Your role

Are you confident to work in fast moving environment? Do you know how to provide support so that things run smoothly? We’re looking for someone like that for supporting us especially in

  • Client projects: Support the CAs in the preparation of client pitch documentation for our most sophisticated clients in the markets Germany, Austria and Italy.
  • Project management: Support in the conceptual development and execution of projects and strategic initiatives, preparation of reporting to senior management, support in follow-up actions and tracking.
  • Business management: Support ad-hoc requests from UHNW Germany, Austria and Italy senior management, front staff and functional partners
  • Financial analysis of revenues and sales results, client data, incl. collaboration with Finance
  • Ad hoc support of project work, and project office incl. follow ups and tracking

Your team

During your internship, you will be directly involved in day-to-day activities, working with gifted professionals and gaining first-hand experience of how the UHNW Germany, Austria and Italy business works.
This position offers a unique opportunity to get insights into the core client segment of UBS, and to interact with key stakeholders from front units, IPS, CIO, Finance and Marketing.

Your expertise

You need have completed at least four semesters of your bachelor’s degree or have obtained your master’s degree within the last 6 months.

In particular, you have:

  • Good command of Microsoft Office applications (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
  • Good communication skills, verbal and written in German and English. Italian is beneficial.
  • Ability to work independently, and to assume responsibility, hands-on mentality
  • Pro-active and focused team player in a dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical, conceptual and organizational skills
  • Interest in working in a fast-paced international environment as part of a team.
