For our Talent Acquisition team in Switzerland we are currently looking for an outstanding Talent Acquisition Intern. As a key member in our motivated team, you will support to identify, select and process candidates for other internship across different functions and teams. Do you want to gain first experiences in a multi-matrix organization and prove yourself? Your responsibilities

• Responsible for the entire recruitment process including kickoff with the business, candidate selection, communication and offer negotiations for all internships swiss-wide
• Liaise with HR business partners and business leaders to understand the need and help to attract the wright candidates
• Actively use the own business network, promote internships and job advertisement on the social media platforms
• Effectively partner with the GBS team to ensure coordination with candidates and hiring managers run smoothly and efficiently (e.g. job posting, candidate scheduling, job offer processing)
• Build up external talent pipelines collaborating with our active sourcing team
• Coordination and administrative support of the team
• Drive Employer Branding Activities, University Relationships, Early Talentand Trainee Programs etc. where required, locally and online to boost ABB Power Grids AG Employer Brand

Your background

• On-going Bachelor’s or Master’s degree scholar or succeeded gradation, preferably in Economics, Psychology, HR or related discipline
• First experience in HR, Talent Acquisition or Employer Branding Activities in an internationally operating company is a plus profound skills with Excel and able to learn fast (Applicant tracking system)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
• Strong communication and networking skills
• Excellent command of English and very good German skills
• Internship is fixed for 6 month
