Your role

Are you eager to gain financial and regulatory reporting experience in a strategic transformation initiative? Do you want to work in an agile change setting?
We’re looking for someone like that to:

  • collect and analyze data required for financial and regulatory reporting, to support the design and build of a common data model
  • contribute to standardization of reporting outputs and automation of related control processes
  • support the documentation of regulatory reporting processes front-to-back, from relevant policy requirements to data model/data sourcing to regulatory calculations and regulatory reporting
  • work on the report migration onto new strategic reporting solution
  • support Regulatory Reporting Change team with project management activities

Graduate Talent Program
Our Graduate Talent Program (GTP) lasts 18 months. You’ll be directly involved in day-to-day operations, working with professionals and gaining first-hand experience of our business.

As well as on-the-job learning, you’ll get training on the financial markets, our products and other core business topics. Rotational assignments are a key part of the program. By taking on other roles in related departments, you’ll gain a wider perspective.

Besides all that, you’ll attend networking events, cross-business classes and social occasions where you’ll get to know us.

Your team

You’ll be working in the Regulatory Reporting Capability Change team in Zurich. To meet new or changing regulatory reporting requirements, we support a wide range of product owners and subject matter experts in the change implementation across various regulatory reporting frameworks and regions. We aim for a globally aligned regulatory reporting design, in a stable, consistent and simplified IT infrastructure, enabling standardized and flexible processes and creating business value add.

Your expertise

You need have completed your bachelor’s or master’s degree.

In particular, you have:

  • an interest in working in a fast-paced international environment as part of a team
  • sharp analytical and problem solving skills
  • good communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
  • a structured work style, confident working autonomously
  • the ability stay on track, even when dealing with tight deadlines
  • extensive past experience with MS Office, ideally also experience with programming languages
