What you do

• Coordinate the system engineering activities necessary for the development, modification and improvement of Pilatus ground training systems, specifically flight simulators, mission planning/debriefing systems and computer based training products
• Support product management activities in defining product and technologies roadmaps
• Enable system architecture design decisions in collaboration with the products chief engineer and subject matter experts and conduct resources and activities detailed planning to support the product and project management teams deadlines
• Prepare technical offers, including forecasted costs and schedule, work breakdown structures and documentation in support to the bid management teams
• Prepare team annual budget for resources forecasting and investments
• Actively engage in department processes and procedures improvements and standardization, writing and redacting engineering handbooks processes and procedures

What you bring

• University Master grade in System, Software or Electronic Engineering
• At least 3 years of experience in leading a system engineering team, preferably for aerospace or automotive systems design
• At least 5 years of system engineering working experience, specifically in concepts development, requirements management, validation and verification testing methodologies and processes. Preferably for the design of training and simulation products
• Knowledge of complex hardware/software/man-in-the-loop system architecture design
