With our Digital and Data Academy, we help our employees making Digital and Data Science part of their native language. Thus, we offer a comprehensive learning landscape, enabling individuals and teams to adopt future skills that are key for their business.
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, young person to join our team. Support us in promoting the concept across Roche as well as among external stakeholders by designing advanced graphics and websites and organizing events. Make a contribution by bringing in and implementing your own ideas to help our organization to develop its full innovation capabilities.
Your key responsibilities:
● Maintenance and enhancement of our (internal and external) Open Innovation website as well as database
Support in the organization of events
● Design of graphics and visualizations within the Open Innovation context
● Support in building new Minimum Valuable Products (MVPs) and iterate existing solutions
● Support in data architecture and collection and independent visualization of performance measures
● Participation in the organization of internal projects, hereby in particular responsibility to ensure a great experience in a virtual set-up
● Support in diverse administrative and trainings tasks
● Support in the organization of training for the Digital & Data Academy
(interaction with training providers and participants)
Who you are:
● You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s/ Master’s program or have completed your studies a maximum of 12 months ago in (Graphic) Design, Business Informatics (Wirtschaftsinformatik) or equivalent
● Proficient experience and programming in web development, digital and social media, e.g. ADOBE tools
● Passionate & experienced about graphic and website design as well as visualization of also complex topics, e.g. ADOBE (Cornerstone experience is a plus)
● Flair for combining text and medias (pictures, videos)
● Creative mind-set and ability to develop and drive ideas
● Team player with a strong desire to experiment with agile new ways of working and acting in networks
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
If you are currently studying please attach the certificate of enrollment. Recent graduates are also eligible to start an internship with us within 12 months of their graduation date.
Due to regulations, non-EU/EFTA citizens have to provide a certificate from the university stating that an internship is mandatory as part of the application documents.
