What you can expect

• You support the private markets team in the evaluation and the due diligence of leading global private equity and private debt fund managers for Suva and Suva’s pension fund.
• You will support the team in further developing industry-specific software tools and drawing up challanging quantitative portfolio analyses.
• Your work will consist of active, systematic monitoring of private equity and private debt investments and will monitor existing business relationships (fund inverstments, co-investments).
• Various support tasks for the team in the areas of reporting, presentations, report writing and IT or system-related tasks will also be part of your duties.

What we expect

• You should have recently graduated from a university or a university of applied sciences with a degree in business administration or economics, specialising in finance.
• You should ideally be able to demonstrate some initial, relevant experience in an international environment, especially in the field of private equity/private debt or in a similar role (internship, dissertation, academic exchange).
• You should be adept at IT and system-related tasks and challenges. In particular, you should be comfortable working with Excel and have knowledge of Python, SQL (or similar).
• You should have a highly independent and proactive way of working. Excellent communication skills and an aptitude for teamwork should compliment your skill set.
• An outstanding command of spoken and written English and German alre also highly desiderable.
