Your role

Do you have an entrepreneurial flair and would like to drive processes forward and develop new ideas? Would you like to design the processing processes of Client Document Hub in the future? At the same time, you can find practical solutions and to analyze complex processes and constellations and to peel out the essentials?

We’re looking for someone like that to:

Control and processing for our customers’, documents in accordance with the applicable internal and external regulations

• Enter customer data into different systems and check for accuracy
• Ensure support of front office employees in managing new openings and maintaining customer relationships
• Answering questions and / or complaints from the front office via the ticket system
• Apply applicable regulations
• Contribution to our excellence as well as to the continuous improvement of processes and services

Graduate Talent Program
Our Graduate Talent Program (GTP) lasts 18 months. You’ll be directly involved in day-to-day operations, working with professionals and gaining first-hand experience of our business.

As well as on-the-job learning, you’ll get training on the financial markets, our products and other core business topics. Rotational assignments are a key part of the program. By taking on other roles in related departments, you’ll gain a wider perspective.

Besides all that, you’ll attend networking events, cross-business classes and social occasions where you’ll get to know us.

Your expertise

You need have completed your bachelor’s or master’s degree.

In particular, you have:

• a flexible, open-minded and cooperative personality (you’re a people person)
• at least four semesters at a university, preferably with a focus on business administration, banking and finance, economics or similar
• a bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in economics, finance or business administration
• an interest in working in a fast-paced international environment as part of a team
• good communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
• a flexible, open-minded and cooperative personality (you’re a people person)
• an open, flexible and extroverted personality
