YOUnext provides you with the opportunity to get paired with your own personal mentor who will guide and support you on your career journey throughout the program. You will have the chance to attend three exclusive workshops where you will acquire skills, such as design thinking, gain insights on how different personalities influence work relationships or learn what is important to craft a standout CV.
