About the EY-Parthenon NextGen Women competition

The first phase of the competition takes place in local countries. Finalists are challenged to think critically as they undertake both group and individual challenges. The country winners are invited to attend the global final. They work together to solve a case study, culminating with the announcement of the EY-Parthenon NextGen Women global winner.

Women. Fast forward

The EY organization is passionate about investing in the development of future female leaders. Studies have shown that women’s advancement and leadership are key to business performance and economic prosperity. To help companies drive inclusive growth by focusing on their capital and transaction strategy through to execution, we must build diverse and purpose-driven teams.

Who is the competition for?

The EY-Parthenon NextGen Women competition is designed for female students currently enrolled at a Swiss university (or an equivalent institution) who are interested in a career in EY-Parthenon.

You need to have a Swiss work permit to be able to do an internship at EY in Switzerland. Unfortunately, we do not accept applications with a student permit due to legal constrains.

How do I enter?

To apply, please submit your CV, a copy of your ID, and your Swiss work permit.

As we have limited spaces available, we encourage you to express your interest by applying no later than April 19. Please note that applications that do not include all the required documents will not be considered.

If you have questions, please contact: eynextgenwomen@ch.ey.com

What is the benefit?

How can I benefit from taking part in this competition?

By taking part in this competition, you’ll join an exclusive group where you can present your ideas to experienced EY‑Parthenon colleagues, gain hands‑on insights into Transformative Strategy and Transaction through a case study, and network with like‑minded women and EY‑Parthenon leaders from a global organization.

This experience helps you stand out in a competitive job market and gives you the chance to become the 2026 Swiss EY‑Parthenon NextGen Women winner—potentially securing an internship at EY‑Parthenon.

What can I win?

The main Swiss winner of the local NextGen Women competition will represent Switzerland at the global final in fall 2026.

The top candidates will be offered a paid internship in Strategy and Transactions teams at one of our Swiss EY offices, based on the availabilities of internship positions.

The internship should start between September 2026 and March 2027, and last for 6 months.
