We are looking for a motivated individual who is eager to learn and grow with us, whether you are a recent graduate, a career changer looking for your next challenge or already have some experience of a relevant role.

YOUR CHALLENGE

• Participate in the delivery of the BJB Agile Transformation by supporting in the delivery of a wide range of activities which enable agility at BJB
• Grow your agile knowledge, experience and capabilities by taking on various roles and tasks in the team as required and as per your areas of interest - this could include activities such as training, coordination, documentation, change management, communication, PMO support, scheduling, SharePoint maintenance and administrative support among others
• Participate in concept development and grow your conceptual thinking capabilities

YOUR PROFILE

• At least bachelor, ideally master studies
• Up to 3 years of professional experience (including internships), this could include industries/areas such as:
  • Consulting or advisory work
  • Transformation projects or programs
  • Agile / Project Management and / or Change Management
  • Financial services
  • Administrative roles such as project team/management support, administration or PMO
• Interest in areas such as: agile ways of working, banking, transformation management
• Structured self-starter
• Collaborative team worker
• Strong communication skills
• Good knowledge of office tools including PowerPoint and Excel
