INTERN TRANSFORMATION & CUSTOMER INSIGHTS

(100%)

Duration: 6 Months
Start: October 2024

The primary focus of this internship is to support the gathering and analysis of customer insights from various channels and touchpoints. In addition to deriving insights, you will help to democratize customer insights across IWC. You will be responsible for providing reporting to the wider organization as well as setting up and tracking customer-centric projects. In this position, you are exposed to the voice of the customer on a daily basis and are able to share it directly with decision-makers.

YOUR MISSION AT IWC.

Drive and support all initiatives with regards to customer insights:

  • Support and define all processes related to collecting customer insights: Survey design, survey set up and -testing, coordination with agency, etc.
  • Coordinate roll out of customer listening path into different channels and markets.
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to inform and impact top management across IWC on strategic decisions and prioritization.

Reporting and workshop preparation:

  • Report customer insights in monthly and quarterly reporting to key decision-makers in the organization.
  • Prepare quarterly, x-functional customer centricity workshops.
  • Maintain top management reporting dashboard for customer insights.

Project management and change:

  • Ensure and coordinate that client requests are sufficiently followed up with across departments and markets.
  • Track implementation of defined initiatives with responsible departments.
  • Train markets and departments on usage of customer insights and spread customer-centric mindset across the organization.

HOW YOU BECOME PART OF THE JOURNEY.

  • University degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Psychology, Business Informatics, Computer Science.
  • Hands-on personality that is used to work independently and has a strong business acumen.
  • Preferrably first practical experiences - Familiarity in project-based, analytical settings is a plus, e.g., consulting, finance, customer insights / research, digital, e-commerce, Google Analytics.
  • Business fluent English skills are required, German is a plus.
