Are you interested in consulting, transformation and solving complex business challenges in a global financial institution? Do you enjoy analyzing information, working collaboratively and turning ideas into clear recommendations?
We’re looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Internship Program within Group Internal Consulting - Risk & Regulatory Practice.
You’ll get to:
- build an understanding of how internal consulting supports change in a global financial institution
- support projects focused on risk, regulatory and compliance-driven transformation initiatives across the firm
- contribute to the design and implementation of frameworks, processes and controls in response to evolving regulatory requirements
- synthesize and present insights by translating complex information into clear, impactful recommendations for stakeholders
- collaborate with cross-divisional and global teams to drive change in a highly regulated financial services environment
gain exposure to other consulting practices through networking, observation and selected contributions to projects
Your team
You’ll be working in Group Internal Consulting located in (Zurich). We’re a dynamic, diverse and globally connected team with over 750 people present in 5 regions across the globe. As part of Group COO, we work in close partnership with all divisions and functions to drive transformation, solve complex business challenges and support the firm in achieving its strategic goals.
Within this environment, you’ll join a team that combines analytical rigor with collaboration and practical problem-solving. In addition to gaining experience in your home practice, you’ll have opportunities to learn from colleagues across the wider internal consulting platform, helping you build a broader understanding of different consulting disciplines and project types.
Your expertise
We’re looking for a candidate who:
- has completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor’s degree and graduated no longer than six months ago (bachelor’s or master’s degree)
- brings strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
- communicates clearly and can translate complex information into concise insights
- is curious, proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
- demonstrates a collaborative mindset and a high level of integrity and accountability
- ideally has initial exposure (coursework or internships) that demonstrates initiative, teamwork and intellectual curiosity

Your program
This paid internship will last 3 - 6 months. You’ll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm. You’ll be right at the heart of our business, learning from your colleagues, taking part in day-to-day operations. You’ll be given mentors along the way and will have the chance to get to know some of the most senior members of our teams.
You’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and make contacts along the way. If you like challenges, enjoy learning and want to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
If you have a successful internship, you may get an offer to return for our Graduate Talent Program after you’ve completed your studies.
