How you can make an impact
- As a Consultant in our HR Strategy & Technology practice, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-impact HR transformation projects for our most important clients. You will:
- Drive HR Technology Implementations - Support the design, configuration, and deployment of leading HR platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud, and other enterprise solutions
- Translate Business Needs into Solutions - Work closely with clients to understand their HR challenges and translate them into effective technology and process solutions
- Build Client Relationships - Develop strong partnerships with client stakeholders, earning their trust through expertise, professionalism, and genuine commitment to their success
- Collaborate with Expert Teams - Work alongside experienced consultants, functional experts, and technical specialists to deliver integrated solutions
- Develop Your Expertise - Grow your knowledge of HR technology, best practices, and industry trends while building a strong foundation for your consulting career
- Shape the Future of Work - Contribute to thought leadership and innovation in HR transformation, helping clients navigate the evolving workplace landscape
Who are we looking for?
- Strong academic background, ideally a Master’s degree or MBA from a reputable institution, or equivalent professional experience.
- Understanding of HR processes, systems, and organizational dynamics
- Strong interest in and understanding of HR information systems, data management, and technology-enabled HR transformation
- First experience or exposure to HR technology platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud, or similar
- Genuine interest in understanding client needs and delivering value; ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Positive, proactive attitude with a focus on delivering high-quality client service and contributing to team success.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and German is essential, proficiency in additional languages such as French is an advantage.
- Knowledge or experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications in Human Capital or HR Technology is a plus
- Willingness to travel within Switzerland and internationally as required.
