In this role, you will collaborate with a wide range of teams and disciplines, gaining valuable insights into product lifecycle management and process governance in a global organization. Your new responsibilities
- Contribute to the continuous improvement and optimization of our product development processes
- Maintain and update process documentation, templates, and guidelines while ensuring compliance with company standards
- Assist in implementing updates to enhance efficiency and align with Agile methodologies
- Creation of training material, communication packages and process roll-out support across the organization
- Review process documentation for accuracy and suggest improvements in collaboration with experts
- Manage and organize records to ensure easy access for stakeholders.
- Support colleagues with process-related inquiries and contribute to cross-functional discussions and workshops
- Take ownership of assigned topics and independently drive smaller projects and improvement initiatives
Your talents and experience
- Structured, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Analytical mindset with a strong commitment to accuracy
- Knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) concepts and Agile methodologies is a plus
- Passion for IT, process management, and continuous improvement
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
