We are QuercusApp, a Zurich-based startup that offers a state-of-the-art application to our business clients. We’re on a mission to significantly shorten the feedback loop for employees within corporations and thereby increase their performance and engagement.
In that context, our product makes it easy for employees to give each other fast and frequent 360 degree feedback of high quality. Based on that collected feedback, we offer employees actionable insights and a structured product to truly improve and develop.

As a Business Development Intern, you'll be right in the thick of things from the outset by working together with one of the Founding Partners to actively support our current international client base and proactively acquire new ones.

What we look for in you:

● You are fluent in both German and English
● You have the talent of building up relationships with clients
● You are a proactive individual that loves to network and is not discouraged by rejection
● You are enrolled or graduated from a relevant bachelor’s or master’s program
