Your role

Do you have the power of making things happen? Are you a great structurer and partner? We’re looking for someone like that to:

  • assist in strategic risk / compliance projects and plan transition from project phases to Run-the-Bank mode
  • participate in several projects (risk culture, risk framework, control design, risk assessment)
  • manage project communications and liaise between UBS internal key stakeholders (market representatives, control functions)
  • coordinate analysis and review of certain client situations
  • support implementation of identified audit action points

Graduate Talent Program
Our Graduate Talent Program (GTP) lasts 18 months. You’ll be directly involved in day-to-day operations, working with professionals and gaining first-hand experience of our business.

As well as on-the-job learning, you’ll get training on the financial markets, our products and other core business topics. Rotational assignments are a key part of the program. By taking on other roles in related departments, you’ll gain a wider perspective.

Besides all that, you’ll attend networking events, cross-business classes and social occasions where you’ll get to know us.

Your team

In Business Risk Management of UBS Wealth Management, we support our internal partners across our division in managing various mainly operational risk related aspects of both their daily duties as well as any change projects they are engaging in.

Your experience and skills

You need have completed your bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in Economics.

In particular, you have:

  • a flexible, open-minded and cooperative personality (you’re a people person)
  • an interest in working in a fast-paced international environment as part of a team
  • good communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
  • an autonomous, diligent and detail-oriented work style
  • extensive past experience with MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel)
  • excellent in German and English (written and oral)
  • interest in developing your knowledge about the global Financial Services industry

But we’d like to also see evidence that you can:

  • analyze a problem, take a view and come to a decision
  • plan, organize and communicate well
  • make things happen
  • stick with a task
  • work in a team
  • come up with ideas
