Main task is the creation, review and negotiation of simple and standardized contracts for the various business units under supervision of the responsible in-house counsel. The incumbent will obtain signatures on all finally negotiated contracts, correspond with the opposing party to obtain a fully executed version and file it with the Contract Insight data base.

Depending on requirements, aptness and availability the incumbent may be requested contribute to other legal or administrative tasks required by the department.

Key requirements:

The incumbent is characterized by a diligent working method, as well as very good knowledge of spoken and written English and German. A bachelor’s degree, preferably in law, is desirable. In addition, the incumbent is expected to have a quick perception and interest in legal issues. It is usually possible to work distributed over all days of the week.
