Fair pay
In the full-time position of Step In DevOps Engineer Video Support (employment level of 100%), you will receive a gross salary of: CHF 34 - 64K per year, depending on what stage you have reached in your studies and/or your final qualification (specialisation).
Job location
In this 60 to 100% jobyou have the possibilityto work partly from home.
You travel up to 20% of your working time within Switzerland.

You join the Agile Release Train for P2S (Problem to Solution). We provide tools and services to prevent and solve technical disturbances with an impact on customer experience. You collaborate with several DevOps engineers as well as with process managers from the business side.
The themes
Your team validates possibilities to support customers with a video streaming mobile application hosted on the cloud. Further, we would like to extend a face recognition feature for the purpose of sentiment analysis to include customer feedback for support cases.
You evaluate different approaches for the video streaming application and develop a prototype. Later, you deploy and run it in the cloud. From the stakeholders, you receive continuous feedback on whether your minimum viable product (MVP) meets the requirements. You ensure that the application runs in the cloud and that the entire CI and CD lifecycle is implemented as code. Finally, you conduct a small pilot to test our benefit hypothesis.
Your professional profile

Good programming skills (using Java, C#, Python or similar languages)
- Knowledge and experience in mobile app development (e.g. using Objective C, Kotlin, etc.)
- Knowledge and experience in Docker; Kubernetes, CI and CD technologies
