Tasks

Globalization and digitalization, social and environmental impact, changing business models, the quest for competitiveness, the need for flexibility and responsiveness, etc. It is in this complex economic context - involving paradigm shifts - that managers must define their company’s strategy and their need for operational excellence, regardless of their sector of activity.

As part of our strategy to strengthen our local presence in Western Switzerland, you will be part of our Geneva team that serves our clients across industries.

  • Work in a project team, under the supervision of senior members, to help clients improve and transform their organizations and operations
  • Ensure high quality standards work complying with our standards for internal and external projects
  • Support the project team with your expertise in one or more areas:
    - Operational HR efficiency:
    Streamline internal HR processes supported by digital tools or IT systems that provide high value and make every day easier for the employees.

  • HR omnichannel:
    New ways of interacting and engaging with current and future workforce, creating a seamless experience throughout the entire workforce lifecycle through several different touch points.

  • HR digital ecosystem management platform:
    Develop and realize digital HR roadmaps. Everything from strategy, competency frameworks, master data models, implementation and omnichannel strategy to change management.

  • Perform impactful quantitative and qualitative analysis, document preparation, research and project management
  • Continuously look to develop and strengthen your consulting skills

Requirements

  • Successful completion of a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, business, economics or similar
  • First experience in consulting or business-related field
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills (quantitative and qualitative)
  • Ability to communicate your findings and the value they bring to clients with impact orally and in writing
  • Business fluent in German and English, both written and spoken (French is a plus)
  • Enthusiastic and proactive personality
  • Eager to learn with a positive and curious mindset
