Your role

Interested in working in finance, specifically with private clients across Switzerland, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?

We’re looking for ambitious students to join our 2027 Personal & Corporate Digital Assets Graduate Talent Program in Switzerland.

You’ll get to:

• support the development of our digital money initiative by gathering data, conducting market and competitor research
• prepare analyses and helping translate insights into practical product improvements
• assist the team with digital asset trading activities, including monitoring market developments, preparing management information, documenting processes and coordinating follow-ups with internal stakeholders

Your team

You’ll be working in the Personal & Corporate Digital Assets team, supporting initiatives across digital money and digital asset trading. You’ll work with colleagues from product, trading, technology, operations, risk and compliance, gaining broad exposure while contributing to research, analysis, coordination and day-to-day delivery.

Your expertise

We’re looking for a candidate who:

• is a recent graduate (graduated in the last 24 months)
• has fully completed their degree and met all graduation requirements by the program start date
• has no more than two years of full-time work experience
• has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system
• has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
• is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
• is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
• can evidence how experimental and responsible use of AI can improve outcomes and efficiency
• has a genuine interest in digital money, financial markets and digital assets, and is eager to build practical knowledge in these areas
• brings strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to structure information clearly and work confidently with data and common productivity tools
• is proactive, well organized and comfortable learning from experienced colleagues while taking ownership of clearly defined tasks in a fast-moving, collaborative environment

Your program

Our Graduate Talent Program is 18 months long, and is designed to help you develop the skills you need to grow your career. To start, the program introduces you to our firm, provides professional and technical training and teaches you core skills and knowledge in banking. And it continues from there: by learning from your colleagues, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and build your network. You’ll have the opportunity to see beyond your job by participating in one, or several, rotations. If you’re ready to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
