The Position

At our location in Kaiseraugst, we will be offering a variety of exciting internship opportunities from February 2027. The Kaiseraugst production site is a cornerstone in Roche’s global production and logistics network. Over 2,000 people are employed here and the site is home to Roche’s largest and most innovative packaging operation in the world.

The Opportunity

As part of PTDS Global Clinical Supply Chain Management, the Production Enablement function ensures that packaging operations can produce material required by Roche’s clinical trials seamlessly, on-time, and while optimizing cost/quality.

Within Production Enablement the Global Clinical Artwork Manager is responsible for designing label artwork for a global portfolio of Investigational Medicinal Products (IMP). They collaborate with Local Label Representatives (LLRs) in various countries to ensure label content meets the applicable regulations in the associated country. These labels can be used for internal manufacturing or used at a Contract Manufacturing Organization (CMO). The Global Clinical Artwork Manager is responsible for ordering the required labels for scheduled manufacturing operations. In general, is responsible for managing all aspects of clinical label creation and controls the life cycle of all

kind of clinical artwork labels.

They interface with the global Clinical Planning organization, manufacturing execution teams, external vendors, the global network of Local Label Representatives (LLRs) and the Quality organization as part of their daily tasks.

As an intern in the PTDS-Global Competency Center Production Enablement department at the Kaiseraugst production site, you will support the team in a variety of matters. In this internship you will:

Who are you

You are enrolled or have completed your studies at a university or technical college, preferably in the field of pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical or Supply Chain Management, within the last 12 months and are interested in using your knowledge as part of a 12-month internship in a modern working environment and getting to know the pharmaceutical industry.
