How you’ll make an impact
- Analyze customer inquiries and calculate cost estimates
- Prepare and maintain detailed work instructions
- Create and manage production documentation
- Monitor material flow and ensure availability
- Maintain accurate master data in SAP S4HANA
- Collaborate closely with production, sales, procurement, engineering, and logistics
- Drive continuous improvement in planning and production processes
Your background
- Technical expertise in a relevant field (e.g., polymechanic, industrial mechanic, mold maker, carpenter)
- Several years of experience in a similar role, ideally in planning or manufacturing
- Strong technical drawing and bill of materials interpretation skills
- Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office tools
- Independent, detail-oriented, and a strong team player
- Fluent in German, with good command of English

- Analyse von Kundenanfragen und Erstellung von Kalkulationen
- Erstellung und Pflege detaillierter Arbeitsanweisungen
- Erstellung und Verwaltung von Produktionsunterlagen
- Überwachung des Materialflusses und Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit
- Pflege von Stammdaten in SAP S4HANA
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Vertrieb, Einkauf, Engineering und Logistik
- Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Planungs- und Produktionsprozesse
Das bringen Sie mit
- Technische Ausbildung in einem relevanten Bereich (z. B. Polymechaniker, Industriemechaniker, Werkzeugmacher, Schreiner)
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Funktion, idealerweise in der Planung oder Fertigung
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Lesen technischer Zeichnungen und Stücklisten
- Sicherer Umgang mit SAP und Microsoft Office
- Selbstständige, detailorientierte Arbeitsweise und Teamfähigkeit
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
